More Hipster Cocktails (adapted) from PDT Cocktails by Jim Meehan

Shop now for next Friday evening!

His (right): Caprice

  • 1 1/2 oz gin

  • 1 1/2 oz dry vermouth

  • 1/2 oz Benedictine

  • 1 dash Angostura bitters

Stir with ice and strain into chilled glass. Garnish with orange twist.

Hers (left): Old Pal

  • 2 oz Rye

  • .75 oz dry vermouth

  • .75 oz Zucca Rubarbaro (Jim calls for Campari, which I love, but just got the Zucca-- an amaro made from Chinese Rhubarb-- and I was feeling spring-y)... it's delish!

  • dash rhubarb bitters

Stir with ice and strain into chilled glass. Garnish with orange twist.
