1 1/2 oz gin
1 1/2 oz dry vermouth
1/2 oz Benedictine
1 dash Angostura bitters
Stir with ice and strain into chilled glass. Garnish with orange twist.
Hers (left): Old Pal
2 oz Rye
.75 oz dry vermouth
.75 oz Zucca Rubarbaro (Jim calls for Campari, which I love, but just got the Zucca-- an amaro made from Chinese Rhubarb-- and I was feeling spring-y)... it's delish!
dash rhubarb bitters
