Have an amazing, wholesome dinner on the table in less time than it takes to cook a frozen pizza! I do all the hard work, you just toss some last minute ingredients together and heat stuff up.

I try my best to shop local, organic, grass-fed and all those other buzz words that make people feel good about what they're about to eat (sometimes that's a little tricky in the middle of January, though). No matter what, I serve vegetable-heavy fare that tastes delicious.
